As a mother of two young sons, I understand how challenging it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, I firmly believe that making small changes over time leads to big results.
Over the next 6 weeks, I hope to guide you and provide encouragement as we go through this journey together. My goal is to motivate you and equip you with tips and strategies that will help you form healthier habits for the long run.
This will not be an overnight transformation. I do not believe in crash diets or extreme measures. Rather, my approach is to focus on progress, not perfection. We will start small and build healthy habits one step at a time. Along the way, I will share what is working for me as I aim to make better choices for my own family. Things like cooking more meals at home instead of eating out, moving our bodies more through activity, drinking more water, prioritizing sleep, and reducing added sugars. I want to model making these changes in a realistic and sustainable way.
Above all, I hope to provide you with the encouragement you need when you feel like giving up or when life gets busy. My hope is that through open and honest communication, we can uplift and motivate one another to form healthier habits that will truly stick.
This journey is meant to empower you and equip you with the tools and mindset needed to improve your health and wellbeing over the long term. I hope you'll join me over the next 6 weeks and beyond!
